It feels slightly wrong to draw Avatar Kyoshi without her war paint (it’s definitely not just make-up) as she’s never shown without it, but it sort of accidentally came about from building up the layers. Let’s say this is her preparing for the day after a morning bathe. I kind of like the idea that the painted face is part of putting on a persona - without it, she could be (or at least pass as) anyone.
